Refine - Talmia Feedback
Talmia offers evidence-based opportunities for process improvements. Success can be evaluated from feedback across projects and individual processes and any necessary refinements made to process definitions.
The Talmia Server keeps a full record of every process action. Key process metrics are captured automatically and can be used to support quality improvements. For example, by identifying:
- Which process errors were most common?
- Which process steps caused the most rework?
- Which process steps took longest and why?
Responses to such questions can be used to drive project team reviews/discussions and highlight where process modifications could achieve higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness. For example, feedback may indicate the need for additional work items, clearer/more extensive user guidance, additional email alerts, etc.
Using feedback data captured automatically by the Talmia Server is a valuable quality improvement benefit. Process definitions can easily be refined using Talmia's drag-and-drop Designer and strict version control to facilitate a cycle of continuous improvement (as illustrated by the ALM Adoption Cycle).
